Return & Refund Policy
Return Period
You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
The product must be kept brand new, with original packaging, a full set of accessories and no scratches or signs of use. For quality defects, returns are acceptable even if the package is opened. Non-quality returns require unused and intact goods.
Return Shipping Cost
Buyers bear the return shipping cost for non-quality related returns. We will cover return shipping fees if the return is caused by product quality issues.
Refund Rule
Full refund will be issued for quality-related issues. For personal-reason returns, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Non-Returnable Cases
We cannot accept returns for items with man-made damage, missing accessories, lost original packaging, custom-made products or requests submitted after the return window expires.
Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please submit photo or video evidence to us within 7 days after delivery. You can choose accessory replacement, product exchange or full refund.
Refund Processing Time
After we review and approve your request, your refund will be processed to your original payment account within 3–7 business days.
