Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

We provide a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date you receive your product.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers factory manufacturing defects including malfunctions of the mainboard, circuit and charging modules.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by accidental drop, water ingress, unauthorized disassembly, use of non-original chargers, or damage caused by abnormal input voltage.

Warranty Service & Shipping

For valid warranty claims, we offer product replacement. We will cover both outbound and return shipping costs during the warranty period.
