Shipping Policy
HOYkec operates warehouses in the United States and Europe.
Shipping Countries
We ship orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and multiple EU countries.
Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes 5–10 business days for orders shipped from our US / EU overseas warehouse.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold
Free shipping for all orders over $99. A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to orders below $99.
Tracking Number
Tracking information will be available and sent to customers via website backend notification and email once the order is dispatched.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import VAT and any related taxes in the destination country. By placing an order, you agree to accept this term.
Lost Shipment
If the tracking status shows the package has been delivered and signed for, no compensation or re-delivery will be provided. For packages confirmed lost without proof of delivery, we will assist customers to file a claim with the logistics carrier. If the claim succeeds, we will either resend the product or issue a refund.
